[McLean, VA] — Inc. revealed today that PBG Consulting ranks No. 1384 on the 2023 Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. With a three-year revenue growth of more than 400%, PBG has experienced rapid but sustainable growth by pursuing work that explicitly serves the government mission and on which we have the capability and capacity to deliver with excellence.

The prestigious Inc. 5000 ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. The Inc. 5000 class of 2023 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. In all, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 1,187,266 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

“Today, as we stand among the distinguished honorees of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing small companies in America, I am humbled and immensely proud of the growth we have achieved together. This win is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and sheer hard work of every member of our team. We are grateful to our clients for entrusting us with their missions, which allows us to fulfill our core purpose of supporting good government,” said Pawla Ghaleb, President and Chief Executive Officer of PBG Consulting.
