McLean, VA — PBG Consulting, an 8(a) women-owned, mission-obsessed Digital Consultancy, has expanded its executive team and named Andrew (Andy) Zeswitz Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

As CTO, Andy will play a key role in expanding the PBG Technology Delivery Organization and deepening PBG’s capabilities in Intelligent Automation, Data and Analytics, DevSecOps, Cloud and Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity for National Security and Federal Civilian clients.

Andy has supported federal missions for over 25 years. Most recently, Andy served four years as CTO of REI Systems, where he led the REI corporate strategy to adopt emerging technologies, enhance customer experience design, evolve innovation inside the delivery organization, and incubate technology talent across programs and departments. Andy has also previously served as Program Chief Architect with AbleVets, a Cerner Company, and as Senior Technical Director at ICF.

“This new addition is a thrilling realization of the strategy we have been executing for nearly ten years,” says Vanessa Soon, PBG Chief Executive Manager. “Andy is a visionary and transformational leader bringing passion for the customer experience that improves life for citizens and those seeking asylum within the United States.”

Of his decision to join PBG, Andy says: “PBG is a company known for delivering on promises, and their high touch meets high tech approach is a perfect fit for a technologist who values empathy and customer experience as deeply as I do. This is the model the modern agency needs to move missions.”
