PBG Consulting Welcomes Sandra Gerges as Director of Customer Experience
McLean, VA – September 9, 2024 – PBG Consulting, a leading GovCon Digital WOSB specializing in digital transformation and IT modernization for federal agencies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandra Gerges as its new Director of Customer Experience.
Sandra brings a wealth of experience and a passion for technology and design to her new role. With over 18 years in the federal contracting space, she has developed deep expertise in human-centered design and has a proven track record of building and leading successful CX practices, most recently contributing her talents to REI Systems where she built her CX team from 6 to 21 people.
Throughout her career, Sandra has been committed to understanding customer needs and ensuring that every interaction delivers meaningful value. She is a strong advocate for user-first experiences and is dedicated to bringing humanity back to work and tech.
Sandra is a graduate of James Madison University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Technical and Scientific Communication.
Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, exploring new places and creating lasting memories. She is a true globetrotter at heart and brings the same adventurous spirit and enthusiasm to her work as she does to her family life.
