Washington, DC: PBG Consulting has been awarded one out of four indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts to offer assessment, monitoring and evaluation support to the Undersecretary of Defense Policy (USD(P)) and Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). These IDIQ contracts were awarded through four functional categories, and the work is expected to occur in the National Capital Region through Sept. 29, 2024. PBG is the awardee for the Functional Category 3 IDIQ, with a ceiling amount of $150M.

“PBG is proud to provide Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) support for DoD security cooperation missions and initiatives to strengthen our relationships with allied and partner nations”, says Vanessa Soon, CTO at PBG Consulting

DSCA’s mission is to advance U.S. national security and foreign policy interests by building the capacity of foreign security forces to respond to shared challenges. DSCA integrates security cooperation activities in support of a whole-of-government approach; provides execution guidance to DoD entities that implement security cooperation programs; exercises financial and program management for the Foreign Military Sales system and many other security cooperation programs; and educates and provides for the long-term development of the security cooperation workforce. The work under this IDIQ covers evaluation design and implementation meant to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of security cooperation activities and related programs, as required by the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
