Enterprise Architecture Lead
Review and analyze current technology infrastructure and its ability to support strategic corporate objectives.
Identify and propose specific strategies, initiatives and remedies necessary to align technology infrastructure with corporate objectives.
Support development of business drivers, business case, and high-level program implementation plan.
Translate client business issues and opportunities into technical solution and communicate the value proposition of the end to end solution.
Provide high-level architectural guidance and make recommendations on industry best practices used in database and collaboration tools and reuse of major architectural components.
Analyze current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
Work closely with Government technical architecture staff and independently lead the identification and resolution of issues within the technical infrastructure.
Deliver architectural initiatives informed by mission needs and improve efficiency in line with the Organization’s mission and business strategy.
Advise executive leadership on critical aspects of the customer’s architecture, standards, and IT policies.
Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies and gain organizational commitment for enterprise level architecture and infrastructure initiatives.
Develop, communicate, and deploy enterprise architecture governance processes ensuring they are fair, consistent, and transparent to guide enterprise architecture decision making.
Review new and existing organizational enterprise program/project architecture for compliance with IT standards policies and architectural plans and mitigate the gaps between the current and future organizational enterprise state.
Provide strategic direction and technical oversight pertaining to the implementation of new tools, technologies, solutions, and methodologies.
Manage, engage and influence key stakeholders to support the customer’s key objectives.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree in related field or 10+ years of experience working experience in public and private sector organizations
5 or more years of management experience.
